About this place

Over 17,000 acres of public land, and the ground changes a lot across it. It is varied ground.

There are heavily forested drainages, bare peaks, and several high mountain lakes. The elevation runs from 4600 feet in the Lund Creek drainage to 6800 feet on Widow Mountain.

People walk, hunt, fish, ski across country, camp and watch wildlife here.
